Why Does Gallbladder Health Matter?
Bile acids made in the liver and used by the small intestine for breaking down foods in digestion are stored in the gallbladder. If the gallbladder isn't functioning properly, digestion can be a difficult and painful process. By promoting a healthy gallbladder, you're ensuring the digestive process moves as smoothly and regularly as possible.
