A Fruity Flush

Ah, the refreshing flavors of fruits with the added benefits of a cleansed body -- not much can beat that! This is an easy and delicious way to satisfy cravings and fruit and vegetable servings in the same smoothie.

INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 3-4 CUPS

  • 1 cup watercress
  • 1 cucumber, peeled
  • ½ cantaloupe, rind and seeds removed
  • 1 pear, cored
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 2 cups purified water
  1. Place watercress, cucumber, cantaloupe, pear, banana, and 1 cup of water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.

  2. Add remaining 1 cup of water while blending, as needed, until desired texture is achieved.
