A Fruity Flush
Ah, the refreshing flavors of fruits with the added benefits of a cleansed body -- not much can beat that! This is an easy and delicious way to satisfy cravings and fruit and vegetable servings in the same smoothie.
INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 3-4 CUPS
- 1 cup watercress
- 1 cucumber, peeled
- ½ cantaloupe, rind and seeds removed
- 1 pear, cored
- 1 banana, peeled
- 2 cups purified water

Place watercress, cucumber, cantaloupe, pear, banana, and 1 cup of water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.

Add remaining 1 cup of water while blending, as needed, until desired texture is achieved.
