Mangoes and Digestion

When starting out a new raw-food diet, some people report having difficulty digesting the amount and type of fiber found in the healthy ingredients like greens and fresh fruits. Mangoes aid in digestion by combating acidity and uncomfortable acids in the digestive system and create a more placid, balanced system capable of a smooth, regular digestive process.
