INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 3-4 CUPS
- 1 cup watercress
- 1 avocado, peeled and seed removed
- 1 lime, peeled
- 1 tomato
- 1 green onion
- 1 celery stalk
- ¼ cup cilantro
- 1 cup purified water
Place watercress, avocado, lime, tomato, onion, celery, cilantro, and ½ cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
Add remaining ½ cup water while blending until desired texture is achieved.
