Guacamole, Anyone?

This vibrant smoothie includes all of the wonderful ingredients of the much-loved, extremely healthy snack.

INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 3-4 CUPS

  • 1 cup watercress
  • 1 avocado, peeled and seed removed
  • 1 lime, peeled
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 celery stalk
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • 1 cup purified water
  1. Place watercress, avocado, lime, tomato, onion, celery, cilantro, and ½ cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.

  2. Add remaining ½ cup water while blending until desired texture is achieved.
