Peas, Please!
This veggie-packed smoothie actually tastes sweet! If your kiddies like peas and love carrots, this smoothie's a sure thing; if your kiddo is anti-veggie, this smoothie's probably going to get him to admit they're not half bad.
INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 3-4 CUPS
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup sweet peas
- 2 carrots, peeled
- 1 apple, peeled and cored
- 1 cup green tea
- 1 cup ice

Place spinach, peas, carrots, apple, and tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.

Add ice as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
