INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 3-4 CUPS
- 1 cup watercress
- 2 cups pineapple
- 1 peach, pitted and peeled
- 1 orange, peeled
- 2 bananas, peeled
- 2 cups chamomile tea

Place watercress, pineapple, peach, orange, bananas, and 1 cup of tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.

Add remaining 1 cup of tea as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
