Smooth Citrus for Smooth Digestion

A delicious remedy for stomach discomfort, this banana blend is a much sweeter and nutritious alternative to the over-the-counter antacid.

INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 3-4 CUPS

  • 1 cup watercress
  • 2 cups pineapple
  • 1 peach, pitted and peeled
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 2 bananas, peeled
  • 2 cups chamomile tea
  1. Place watercress, pineapple, peach, orange, bananas, and 1 cup of tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.

  2. Add remaining 1 cup of tea as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
