- 1 cup romaine lettuce
- 1 red bell pepper, top and seeds removed, ribs intact
- 2 celery stalks, leaves intact
- ½ lemon, peeled
- 1½ cups chamomile tea

Place romaine, red pepper, celery, lemon, and ¾ cup of tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.

Add remaining ¾ cup of tea as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
