Red Pepper Relief

INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 3-4 CUPS

  • 1 cup romaine lettuce
  • 1 red bell pepper, top and seeds removed, ribs intact
  • 2 celery stalks, leaves intact
  • ½ lemon, peeled
  • 1½ cups chamomile tea
  1. Place romaine, red pepper, celery, lemon, and ¾ cup of tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.

  2. Add remaining ¾ cup of tea as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
