INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 3-4 CUPS

  • 1 cup watercress
  • 3 apples, cored and peeled
  • 3 pears, cored and peeled
  • ¼" ginger, peeled
  • 2 cups chamomile tea
  1. Place watercress, apples, pears, ginger, and 1 cup of tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.

  2. Add remaining 1 cup of tea as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
