Flavorful spinach and zucchini make a splendid blend with the fresh, but lightly flavored, zucchini. Wonderfully light and delicious, this is a smoothie that will not only taste great, but relieve constipation and alleviate the uncomfortable symptoms that result!


  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 zucchini, peeled
  • 3 celery stalks, leaves intact
  • 2 cups chamomile tea
  1. Place spinach, zucchini, celery, and 1 cup of tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.

  2. Add remaining 1 cup of tea as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
