INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 3-4 CUPS

  • 1 cup watercress
  • 1 carrot, peeled
  • 1 apple, peeled and cored
  • 1 pear, peeled and cored
  • ¼" ginger, peeled
  • 2 cups chamomile tea
  1. Place watercress, carrot, apple, pear, ginger, and 1 cup of tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.

  2. Add remaining 1 cup of tea as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
