- 1 cup watercress
- 1 carrot, peeled
- 1 apple, peeled and cored

- ¼" ginger, peeled
- 2 cups chamomile tea
Place watercress, carrot, apple, pear, ginger, and 1 cup of tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
Add remaining 1 cup of tea as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
