Get Rid of Gas!

Gas is possibly one of the most embarrassing symptoms associated with indigestion and digestive disorders. Gas-fighting foods are combined in this delicious smoothie.

INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 3-4 CUPS

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 carrots, peeled
  • 3 celery stalks, leaves intact
  • ¾ cup petite sweet peas
  • 2 cups chamomile tea
  1. Place spinach, carrots, celery, peas, and 1 cup of tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.

  2. Add remaining 1 cup of tea as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
