Get Rid of Gas!

INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 3-4 CUPS
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 carrots, peeled
- 3 celery stalks, leaves intact
- ¾ cup petite sweet peas
- 2 cups chamomile tea

Place spinach, carrots, celery, peas, and 1 cup of tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.

Add remaining 1 cup of tea as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
