INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 3-4 CUPS
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup asparagus
- 3 carrots, peeled
- 1 tomato
- 2 cups chamomile tea
Place spinach, asparagus, carrots, tomato, and 1 cup of tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
Add remaining 1 cup of tea as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
