Backwards Berry

INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 3-4 CUPS

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 pint blackberries
  • 1 pint raspberries
  • ¼" ginger, peeled
  • ½ lemon, peeled
  • 2 cups chamomile tea
  1. Place spinach, berries, ginger, lemon, and 1 cup of tea in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.

  2. Add remaining 1 cup of tea as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
