Using Headings

Once again, follow the directions. Use the same headings, and be sure to include the numbers, alpha characters, and/or Roman numerals used in the RFP. Do not, however, rewrite the instructions themselves or add the point value for each section.

Make the narrative as clear as you possibly can. Make your headings stand out by using bold, bold italics, underscoring, and other computer-enabled characters to separate sections, subheadings, and points. Do not use color.

Use bullet points for lists of items. However, here's a word of caution about bulleting. If the RFP instructions say to double space the proposal, everything — including the bulleted items — must be double spaced.
