This is a relatively simple section to respond to. Use the resumes of those working on the project staff to summarize their relevant experience. If their resumes are outdated, interview them briefly about more recent accomplishments. If the staff position is not filled, write a job description; list the responsibilities the person in that position will have and the qualifications of a successful applicant for the position.
Try to be sure that the staff and the board of the nonprofit organization for a project reflect, in gender and ethnicity, the target population.
If you are requesting grant funds for a position, you must outline the job responsibilities and discuss at length the type of person the agency will be seeking. Be sure to include a brief plan for a personnel search and an equal-opportunity statement from the bylaws of your organization when requesting funding for staff positions.
