Parmesan Tuilles
These are too tasty and easy to be true!They make excellent cocktail snacks to go with dry martinis or ginger ale.
INGREDIENTS | MAKES 6 TUILLES
- 6 tablespoons fresh Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- Sprinkle of paprika
Grate the cheese, using a box grater on its coarsest side.
Heat the oil in a well-seasoned frying pan or a nonstick pan and drop small mounds of the cheese onto the pan, flattening with the back of a spoon. Fry for 2 minutes per side.
Serve hot or cold, garnished with paprika.
