Living Your Life

Moving through the fertile world without a second thought is how many of us live. When you suffer from the inability to conceive or to carry a child that is a more difficult task. But you must remember to live your life.

Rather than spending every day waiting for tomorrow's test result or procedure that you have planned, live. Don't count the days until you expect your next period and then wish them away — live. Not only will having this mentality make the days pass faster and help you stay sane, but living your life will help you in not having regrets about how you spent your time.

This can be a difficult task and one that you need to actually concentrate on accomplishing on a daily basis. It can be done. Schedule events to attend. Go out with friends and family. Try to fight the social isolation that happens when you become too engrossed in your fertility issues.
