Waiting areas are a place where you will spend a lot of time in the future. Are these areas separated from any obstetrical or other waiting rooms? Are they warm and friendly? Do they have magazines, a television, or a clock? How long is the average wait time? Do these times varying depending upon the procedure you're waiting for?
Billing and insurance departments are also important places to inquire about. Can the billing department help you figure out any insurance requests? How does billing work?
As you can see, choosing a fertility clinic takes time. It can involve a lot of research about the doctors and other staff who will be taking care of you. In the end, your level of satisfaction with the clinic you choose to work with will make the research worth it.
