Getting Ready

Now that you know what you need to do physically and emotionally to get ready for your baby's arrival, you should be finding more energy soon to start working on all of the other preparations. Now is the best time, for instance, to start giving some thought to potential baby names and making your house safe for your new little person.

Once more energy begins to kick in from those fantastic prenatal vitamins, you'll probably even feel motivated to tackle the more physically demanding projects, such as decorating baby's room and filling it with some furniture. Yes, if done properly, shopping and moving things around in baby's room can count as exercise!
