There's never been an easier — and more visible — way to share the story of your baby's life from conception to present than a good birth story site on the Internet. While you're still pregnant, you can read the exciting (and typically very emotional) stories of other new parents and get an idea of what you might expect on your own “D-Day.” Or post your own story from beginning to baby's latest milestone. The choice is yours!
Read the birth stories of other parents, or post your own birth story (once you've had the baby, of course!).
Read through various birth stories organized by type (home birth, doula, cesarean, etc.) and submit your own.
This site includes birth stories, a forum to discuss questions and concerns with other parents, and birthing videos.
Share your own story or find others to read in a searchable database by type of birth.

Don't forget to create a good backup of your birth stories and blog posts. A good way to do this is to burn your files onto a CD or store them on a zip drive. It would be a tragedy to lose your musings about baby's first smile, or photos of baby's first steps.
