Peanut Butter and Chocolate Bars
Serve on a small plate topped with whipped cream and dusted with cocoa powder or drizzled with chocolate syrup.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 6
- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup graham crackers, crushed
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 (15-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
Freezing Day
In saucepan, melt butter. Add graham cracker crumbs and mix. Press into the bottom of an 8″ × 8″ pan.
Add peanut butter chips and chocolate chips on top of the crust. Pour condensed milk over top.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
Let cool, cut into squares, wrap well with plastic wrap, and freeze.
Reheating Instructions
Defrost at room temperature for 1–2 hours and serve.
