Taco Burgers

NO DEFROSTING NEEDED!

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 4–6

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 (1.25-ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • ½ cup picante sauce
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs, plain

Freezing Day

  1. Combine the ground beef with the taco seasoning mix, picante sauce, egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix well.

  2. Shape into patties and flash freeze. Transfer to a freezer bag once frozen.

Reheating Instructions

Cook frozen or defrosted burgers in a skillet over medium heat until they reach desired level of doneness.
