Burgers Florentine
NO DEFROSTING NEEDED!
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 4
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 egg
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- Ground Beef Seasoning Mix
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, squeezed of excess water
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 6 ounces cream cheese
Freezing Day
Mix ground beef with egg, breadcrumbs, Ground Beef Seasoning Mix, and spinach. Divide the ground beef into 8 parts and shape into patties.
In a small bowl, mix the mozzarella cheese with the cream cheese.
Put the cheese mixture on top of 4 patties. Top the 4 patties with 4 plain patties and seal the edges.
Flash freeze and transfer to freezer bag, or wrap each individually in plastic wrap.
Reheating Instructions
Cook frozen or defrosted burgers in a skillet over medium heat until they reach desired level of doneness.
