Burgers Florentine

NO DEFROSTING NEEDED!

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 4

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • Ground Beef Seasoning Mix
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, squeezed of excess water
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 6 ounces cream cheese

Freezing Day

  1. Mix ground beef with egg, breadcrumbs, Ground Beef Seasoning Mix, and spinach. Divide the ground beef into 8 parts and shape into patties.

  2. In a small bowl, mix the mozzarella cheese with the cream cheese.

  3. Put the cheese mixture on top of 4 patties. Top the 4 patties with 4 plain patties and seal the edges.

  4. Flash freeze and transfer to freezer bag, or wrap each individually in plastic wrap.

Reheating Instructions

Cook frozen or defrosted burgers in a skillet over medium heat until they reach desired level of doneness.
