Use this as a dip for vegetables or as a spread on crackers or bread.
INGREDIENTS | MAKES APPROXIMATELY 2 CUPS
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
3 cups chopped wild greens (or ½ cup dried greens)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup wild mustard flowers/flower buds
1. In a skillet over medium high heat, add the vegetable oil. Once the oil is hot, sauté onions and garlic.
2. Add wild greens and cook on low heat 10–15 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and fold in sour cream, grated cheese, flowers, and flower buds.
