Persimmon Ice Cream
Creamy and delicious! Serve with persimmon pudding, cake, or pie.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 8–10
3 cups persimmon pulp
1 cup sugar
½ cup honey
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup plain yogurt
¼ cup orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
2 cups whipping cream
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well.
2. Pour into ice cream canister.
3. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
