Passionfruit Tarts
This pie is similar in texture to lemon or key lime pie but with the wild flavor of passionfruit. Serve with whipped cream or cool whip.
INGREDIENTS | MAKES 1 PIE
1 cup raw sugar
2 tablespoons butter, softened
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup passionfruit pulp, seeds removed
1 crumb or nut pie crust
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Cream butter and sugar together. Add sugar and butter mixture to beaten eggs and mix well.
3. Stir in passionfruit pulp.
4. Pour into pie shell and bake 20 minutes, until firm.
