2 cups nuts
¼ cup raw sugar
¼ cup softened butter

According to nutrition experts, nuts contain enzyme inhibitors that prevent them from sprouting. Soaking them releases this enzyme, making the nut easier to digest.
1. Put nuts in blender or coffee grinder and grind. Place in a bowl and mix with sugar.
2. Add softened butter and mix thoroughly until crumbly.
