Berry Cheesecake Pie
Use black gum syrup or black cherry syrup to swirl a decorative touch on this pie.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 8
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
¼ cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons milk
½ teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup berry syrup
1 pie crust
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Combine sugar and cream cheese and beat until smooth.
3. Add egg, milk, and vanilla. Spread over pie crust.
4. Swirl berry syrup into cream cheese mixture.
5. Bake 25–30 minutes.
