Garlic Lover's Pizza
If you love garlic, this is the pizza for you. You could also add cooked chicken or pork sausage for a meat pizza.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 6
- 1 head Roasted Garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- 1 (8-ounce) package dairy-free, vegan, soy cream cheese, softened
- 1 Pizza Crust, prebaked and cooled
- 1 cup shredded dairy-free, vegan mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Squeeze cloves out of the garlic head and place in small bowl and set aside.
In small saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and carrot; cook and stir until tender, about 6 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; add to garlic in bowl. Stir to combine.
Spread cream cheese on Pizza Crust; top with garlic mixture. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake 20–25 minutes, or until crust is deep golden brown and cheese is melted and beginning to brown. Cut into wedges to serve.
