- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons shallot, finely chopped
- 4 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Combine the mayonnaise, horseradish, garlic powder, and shallot. For a stronger flavor, squeeze the excess vinegar out of the prepared horseradish.
Stir in the lemon juice.
Prepare just before serving and use immediately.
