Spunky Red Wine Vinegar Marinade

Use this spicy marinade to lend flavor to less-highly seasoned cuts of beef, chicken, or ham.

INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 1 cup

  • ¾ cup red wine vinegar
  • 3 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon freshly squeezed ginger juice
  1. Combine all the ingredients.

  2. Place the meat in a shallow glass dish or zipper-lock plastic bag and pour the marinade over.
