Spunky Red Wine Vinegar Marinade
Use this spicy marinade to lend flavor to less-highly seasoned cuts of beef, chicken, or ham.
INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 1 cup
- ¾ cup red wine vinegar
- 3 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon freshly squeezed ginger juice
Combine all the ingredients.
Place the meat in a shallow glass dish or zipper-lock plastic bag and pour the marinade over.
