Instant Dashi
Packages of dashi powder are available in many Western supermarkets. Use with Shabu-Shabu and Shabu-Shabu with Noodles.
INGREDIENTS | YIELDS 6 cups
- 6 cups water
- 2¼ teaspoons instant dashi soup stock
Bring the water to a boil and stir in the instant soup stock. Use immediately as called for in the recipe.
