Easy Seafood in Broth Dinner
This recipe turns a weekday family meal into a fun fondue. Serve with Quick and Easy Tartar Sauce, lemon juice, and ketchup for dipping.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 4–6
- 2 cups frozen broccoli and cauliflower
- 10 frozen fish sticks
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 20 frozen breaded shrimp
Thaw the frozen broccoli and cauliflower and pat dry. Place the frozen seafood and vegetables on a large platter.
Heat the chicken broth in a fondue pot over a stove element. Bring to a boil, then move the fondue pot to the table and set up the burner. Keep the broth simmering throughout the meal.
Use a dipping fork to spear the fish and vegetables and cook in the hot broth.
