Light and Dark Fondue

Don't have any mini marshmallows on hand? Substitute 4 regular marshmallows and add them while melting the chocolate.

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 6

  • 6 large bananas
  • ½ cup whipping cream
  • 50 miniature white and dark chocolate Hugs
  • 20 mini marshmallows
  1. Peel and slice the bananas.

  2. Combine the chocolate Hugs and whipping cream in a metal bowl and place on top of a saucepan half-filled with simmering water. Melt the chocolate on low to medium-low heat, making sure that it doesn't boil.

  3. When the chocolate has melted, stir in the mini marshmallows.

  4. Transfer the fondue mixture to the fondue pot and set on the burner. Keep the fondue warm on low heat.

  5. Serve with the bananas for dipping. Draw each banana slice through the fondue so that only one side is coated in chocolate.
