Peanut Butter Fondue
Chunky peanut butter adds texture and flavor to this easy-to-make fondue.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 4–6
- 4 large bananas
- 1 cup milk
- 4 ounces milk chocolate
- Peanut butter cookies, optional
- 1 cup chunky peanut butter
Peel and slice the bananas. Break the chocolate into pieces.
Combine the peanut butter, milk, and milk chocolate in a metal bowl and place on top of a saucepan half-filled with simmering water. Melt the chocolate on low to medium-low heat, stirring constantly. Make sure that it doesn't boil.
Transfer the fondue mixture to the fondue pot and set on the burner. Keep the fondue warm on low heat.
Serve with the bananas and cookies for dipping.
