Toasted Pita Chips
Use as a dipper with cheese fondues, or pair with yogurt to serve with meat or seafood fondues.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 6–8
- 6 pita breads
Cut each pita in half, and cut each half into 3 wedges. You should have 6 wedges per pita bread.
Toast the chips in a toaster oven for about 6 minutes until cooked through. Cool and serve.
