Toasted Flatbread

Try experimenting with different types of flatbread and seasonings, such as sun-dried tomato flatbread brushed with olive oil and dried basil.


  • 6 pieces flatbread
  • 9 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¾ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Cut each piece of flatbread in half, and then each half into 4 equal wedges.

  3. Combine the pepper with the olive oil and lightly brush over both sides of each wedge.

  4. Bake the flatbread for 6 to 7 minutes, turning over once. Serve warm or cool.
