Valrhona Chocolate Fondue
French chocolatier Valrhona always has a major presence at Pastry World Cup competitions.
Chop chocolate into small pieces. Combine with cream in a saucepan.
Over low heat, melt chocolate into cream. Stir constantly until mixture is smooth and thick.
Pour chocolate fondue into a fondue pot and place over heating source on lowest setting. Have guests dip Madeleines and fruit into chocolate and discuss flavors.
