1 pound semisweet chocolate

1 cup heavy cream

2 cups miniature marshmallows

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons vanilla liqueur

Graham cracker sticks

• Combine chocolate and cream in a saucepan over low heat. Heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.

• Stir in marshmallows, vanilla, and liqueur. Mix until blended.

• Pour chocolate mixture into 1 or more fondue pots and place over heating source. Serve with graham cracker sticks.
