Favorite Ro-Tel Dip
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 12
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese
- 1 10-ounce can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
Cut Velveeta into cubes.
In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine cheese and can of tomatoes and green chilies.
Cook, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted and dip is bubbly.
Pour into a fondue pot and place over heating source.
Serve with chips and other dippers.
