Winter Vegetables Soup

2 cups zucchini, sliced
2 cups squash, sliced
1 cup yellow onions, diced
4 cups vegetable broth
2 cups diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic
½ teaspoon all-purpose seasoning
1 teaspoon fresh basil
Substitute chicken broth for the vegetable broth if you prefer. Go with a low-sodium version of either for the healthiest option.
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.
Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes.
Simmer for another 10 minutes, then serve.
