Ingredients

2 cups chicken chunks

1 clove fresh garlic, minced

½ teaspoon all-purpose seasoning

1 ½ cups tomatoes, diced

½ cup bell peppers, diced

½ cup yellow onions, diced

3 tablespoons green olives

½ cup cooking wine

1 Sazon packet

4 cups water

3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped

1 tablespoon oregano

1 cup brown rice, cooked

Sazon is a Spanish seasoning packet commonly used to flavor soups, stews, and beans. You can find it in the ethnic foods section of your grocery store.

Add all ingredients except rice to a large saucepan. Cook on medium-high heat for 15 minutes, stirring often. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add water if soup becomes dry. Add rice and stir to heat.
