Sweet Spiced Pecans
¼ cup Splenda
⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
1 tablespoon cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup pecans
1 egg white, beaten
These sweet snacks make a nice gift to give to friends, and they also work great as a protein-packed snack to eat on the go.
In a bowl, mix Splenda, cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
In a separate bowl, coat pecans with egg white.
Toss pecans into spice mixture and coat thoroughly.
Coat a cookie sheet with nonstick spray.
Place pecans on cookie sheet and bake at 300°F for 30 minutes.
