Ingredients

4 celery stalks

4 teaspoons peanut butter

¼ cup raisins

Both peanut butter and raisins are very high in protein. The celery stalk is not only yummy, it's nearly calorie free. Use celery instead of crackers whenever possible.

  • Clean and chop the ends off of celery stalks.

  • Smear 1 teaspoon of peanut butter on each stalk.

  • Top peanut butter with 6 raisins per stalk.
