4 celery stalks
4 teaspoons peanut butter
¼ cup raisins
Both peanut butter and raisins are very high in protein. The celery stalk is not only yummy, it's nearly calorie free. Use celery instead of crackers whenever possible.
Clean and chop the ends off of celery stalks.
Smear 1 teaspoon of peanut butter on each stalk.
Top peanut butter with 6 raisins per stalk.
