*Smart Squeeze Margarine by Smart Beat might be tricky to find. If you do not see the white bottle with the green top on your grocer's shelves you can do two things:
- Speak to the grocer's manager and request that the manager order some for you. This is not unusual, and most grocers are happy to comply.

**Sugar-free syrups are very popular for flavoring coffee. DaVinci Gourmet makes a variety of sugar-free flavors, as does Torani Syrups. When baking with these syrups, substitute equal portions of the syrups instead of using butter and oil.
