1 cup bell peppers, diced
2 cups tomatoes, diced

2 cups vegetable broth
½ cup cooking wine
1 cup carrots, chopped
1 teaspoon oregano
1 cup yellow onions, sliced
1 ½ pounds scallops, cleaned
