3 ounces lean ground turkey or Boca Meatless Ground Burger, cooked

2 tablespoons tomatoes, diced

2 tablespoons black beans

2 tablespoons onions, caramelized

2 tablespoons corn

1 tablespoon shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese

1 jalapeño pepper, sliced
