1 clove fresh garlic, minced

1 cup chicken broth
1 cup water
3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
¼ cup peanuts
1 teaspoon cornstarch
