Chicken with Cranberry BBQ Sauce
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 clove fresh garlic, minced
½ teaspoon all-purpose seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon coriander
1 cup Cranberry BBQ Sauce
This is a great Thanksgiving option for folks who don't enjoy turkey! To make this recipe on the grill, grill the chicken first and then add sauce toward the end.
Spray a 9" × 13" baking dish with nonstick spray. Place the chicken in the dish, being careful not to crowd the meat.
In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture over chicken and cover with foil.
Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
