Strawberry-Pineapple Smoothie

2 ½ cups frozen strawberries, leafs removed
1 8-ounce can crushed pineapples (with natural juices)
1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 cup skim milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup fat-free plain yogurt
Bring the tropics into your backyard with this exotic smoothie.
Blend all ingredients well in blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
Use a serrated knife to cut the top and bottom off of the pineapple. Slice the sides off, following the curve of the fruit. Remove any remaining eyes and cut straight through the core from top to bottom. Cut around the core and slice the remaining fruit.
